Special Educational Needs & Disabilities (SEND)
As Freemantles School is a school for children with Complex Social Communciation Needs and Complex Autism, all pupils at the school have either a Statement or an Education Health and Care Plan (EHCP). As a result all our policies are SEN policies and admissions are dealt with by the Local Authority (please click here to see our admissions page).
Our school aim identifies that we intend to support each individual pupil in whatever way he/she needs and therefore the education offered to pupils is bespoke to the individual and all pupils are treated equally individually. The school was purpose built in 2007 and as a result is fully accessible.
